WHAT MAKES THE STORE STORAGE DIFFERENT FROM TRADITIONAL SELF-STORAGE?
Our ultra-low humidity premium storage suites are located within a certified passive house designed facility that is also net-zero and carbon neutral, providing a clean, secure, and carefully maintained environment ideal for furnishings, décor, and personal items.

HOW DO I RENT A UNIT?
Contact us through our contact form, email us at info@thestorestorage.com, or call us at 800-676-8129 and a member of our rental team will contact you within 48 hours.

DO I NEED TO COORDINATE WITH AN ON-SITE MANAGER?
No. Our state-of-the art storage facility operates seamlessly without an on-site rental office. All rentals are secure through our website.

HOW DO I PAY MY BILL?
You pay your bill securely through our payment portal. Once you are onboarded, you will receive access.
All payments are handled securely through our online payment portal.
Once your account is created, you will receive login credentials allowing you to:
● View your account
● Manage payments
● Update billing information

WHAT ARE YOUR Entry and Access Hours?
Access is by appointment only.

This approach allows us to maintain a secure, quiet, premium, well-managed and maintained environment for our customers. Our team will coordinate access times that are convenient for you.

CAN THE STORE STORAGE ACCEPT DELIVERIES ON MY BEHALF?
Yes. We offer a Delivery Acceptance Service for customers who receive furnishings, décor, or merchandise shipments.

HOW DOES THE DELIVERY ACCEPTANCE SERVICE WORK?
Customers must complete an Authorization to Accept Delivery Form allowing our team to accept parcels on their behalf. ALL DELIVERIES MUST BE PRE-SCHEDULED IN COORDINATION WITH OUR WAREHOUSE TEAM. NO UNSCHEDULED DELIVERIES WILL BE ACCEPTED.
Important details:
● Deliveries will be placed in a designated holding area
● Items are not inventoried or inspected by our staff
● Customers must move deliveries into their storage suite within 48 hours of receipt and notification

IS THE STORE STORAGE RESPONSIBLE THE DELIVERIES?
No.
While we are happy to provide delivery acceptance as a convenience, The STORE STORAGE does not assume care, custody, or control of delivered parcels and is not responsible for missing or damaged merchandise.

DOES THE STORE STORAGE PROVIDE INSURANCE FOR ITEMS IN STORAGE?
No.
Customers are responsible for their own coverage through the required Tenant Protection Plan or through their personal insurance provider

DO YOU OFFER A TENANT PROTECTION PLAN?
Yes. All rentals require participation in a Tenant Protection Plan provided through one of our trusted third-party partners.
This plan offers an added level of protection for your stored belongings.
